Chef John LoCascio started as a teenager as dishwasher to Owner/Operator in multiple fields of the F&B industry. He has a wealth of knowledge executing in several areas of the F&B industry including but not limited to private chef experiences, catering, mobile food and project management.
John was born and raised in Queens, NYC – where some may say is the mecca of multi-cultural cuisine. Growing up in an Italian household John loved watching his grandparents and mother cook Sunday dinners. It’s those Sunday dinners where he found his love for food. Not only did he find a passion for cooking but he found a purpose for food other than just nourishment and that’s the same mentality in which John runs his business.
